IN ANTICIPATION OF OCTOBER 30 – Rada Gavrić: “Orao is my home; I spent the most beautiful years of my life here.”
Administrative and legal technician Rada Gavrić devoted her entire career to the company Orao, working in administrative, legal, and technical departments. On the occasion of the company’s 81st anniversary and the upcoming October 30 – Orao Day, Gavrić emphasized that Orao is her home and that she cherishes the most beautiful memories from her years spent there.
Gavrić, who joined Orao in 1973, highlighted that both her father and brother also worked in the company, expressing joy that Orao continues to grow and develop after its relocation to Bijeljina.
“I remember the seventeen years before the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina as the most beautiful period of my life – a time when everything functioned perfectly. Orao gave me the opportunity to advance, study, and learn; I was truly fulfilled both personally and professionally. However, I also lived through the most difficult period – the war – when we lost many colleagues, but we managed to defend ourselves and successfully relocate the company to Bijeljina,” said Gavrić.
According to her, every October 30, Orao demonstrates its enduring strength, reflected in the professionalism of its workforce and the capacities it provides to the defense industry.
“I see Orao and its people as a ‘tree of life,’ extending its branches ever upward. For this company and its employees, the sky is the only limit. On this occasion, I would like to congratulate the management on the upcoming Orao Day and wish them to continue fostering the spirit of friendship and unity that I had the privilege to experience throughout all my years with the company,” Gavrić concluded.
The company Orao will mark 81 years of existence and celebrate its Company Day on October 30, 2025.
